Welcome to XRoads Rally. By accessing https://xroadsrally.com/ (the “Site”) or attending our events, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms are a legal agreement between you and M3 Global Events.

1. Description of Service

XRoads Rally provides information, marketing, and community updates regarding World Cup watch parties. This Site is for informational purposes. All event registrations and ticket purchases are processed via our third-party partner, TicketSpice.

2. Event Admission & Conduct

By attending an XRoads Rally event, you agree to:

  • Compliance with Venue Rules: Adhere to all safety, security, and behavioral policies of the host venue.

  • Age Requirements: Ensure you meet the minimum age requirement for the specific event/venue (e.g., 21+ for certain bar-hosted watch parties). Valid ID may be required for entry.

  • Respectful Behavior: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, violence, or illegal activity. Management reserves the right to remove any attendee without a refund for disruptive behavior.

3. Independent Fan Event (Disclaimer)

XRoads Rally is an independent fan-organized event. * We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA or any official World Cup organizing body.

  • All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used here for descriptive/nominative purposes only.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • M3 Global Events and XRoads Rally are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during our events.

  • We are not liable for any technical issues, cancellations, or match schedule changes made by the tournament organizers or broadcasters.

  • We provide the Site “as is” and do not guarantee that the information (such as match times or venue capacity) will always be error-free.

5. Third-Party Links & Transactions

The Site contains links to TicketSpice and other third-party websites.

  • Your purchase is governed by the terms and conditions of TicketSpice and the payment processor.

  • Any disputes regarding ticket refunds, billing errors, or technical checkout issues must be resolved directly with the ticketing provider.

6. Media Release

By entering an XRoads Rally event, you understand that you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By your presence, you consent to being photographed or filmed and for your likeness to be used by XRoads Rally/M3 Global Events for promotional purposes in any media format.

7. Intellectual Property

The content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, and custom code—is the property of M3 Global Events and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content from this Site without our express written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site or attendance at our events following these changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
